Challenge: Family owned, cross-border sale of a global logistics player, requiring discretion, careful positioning and international buyer access.
Outcome: Structured and discreet sell-side process from deal preparation through execution, leading to the successful acquisition by Nippon Express (NX Group).

ValueADD acted as lead advisor to the founder and seller, supporting deal preparation and execution. This included structuring the sell-side process, shaping positioning and materials, managing workstreams and stakeholder coordination, and maintaining momentum through critical deal phases.

As cargo-partner marked its 40th anniversary, the founder and owner decided to transition ownership of the Austrian-headquartered global logistics player to an ideal strategic successor. The transaction required a discreet, cross-border sell-side process with international buyer access and careful positioning.
